the hotel is in a very quiet area and a block from the river bank. it is a short walk to the city center. the train station and mirabell gardens are also within walking distance. everything is super convenient!

the hotel offers a lovely lounge area in the lobby. umbrellas are available to borrow when it's raining, that's thoughtful. there is an elevator for easy access to all floors. street parking outside is good for dropping luggage.

the front desk staff is always friendly and very helpful. the hotel staff replied quickly to messages. they gave us a leaflet full of recommendations on where to eat. i really value the assistance provided by the team!!!

the breakfast was underwhelming it was very basic. there were only rolls and coffee available. i also found the location a bit further from the main attractions than i expected. a longer walk was necessary to reach the old town area

the location was great , really close to the river and other points of interest. the staff was very friendly and helpful . the hotel's decor was eclectic and created a great atmosphere.

the breakfast was simple , with limited options available. the wifi was slow and dropped out regularly in the room. i think the hotel should improve the breakfast offering , as it is quite basic.
